Get to know my working principles
Each individual is unique, and so is my training methodology. I feel proud to offer a completely personalized and individualized training programme, designed specifically to suit your needs and your goals. My methodology consists of four steps that will ensure that you get the results you are looking for. Find out how we can get the best version of you!

01 Initial evaluation
Every good training planning starts with a good evaluation. It is essential to carry out an initial control in which we evaluate the important aspects on which we are going to focus our approach and to know our starting point.
1. The initial valuation provides detailed information on the athlete's current physical, technical and psychological condition. This includes physical status, technical skills, strengths and weaknesses, and any previous injuries or limitations. To achieve this, the evaluation encompasses physical aspects and questionnaires that allow us to finalise it.

2. Identifying potential muscle imbalances, weaknesses or physical limitations early on can help in injuries prevention. By addressing these problem areas from the beginning, we can work to correct deficiencies and improve endurance and stability.
3. The initial assessment provides a baseline that can be used to track and evaluate progress over time. Understanding this feature of the sport can be motivating for the athlete. Seeing measurable improvements can increase confidence and commitment to the training programme.

4. In the field of competitive sport, this assessment allows us to know our physical aptitudes and compare them to standard goals that determine performance in each sporting discipline. Knowing these levels helps us to adjust our trainings according to the baseline level and the specific requirements of the competition.
Evaluation as a principle for progression!
02 Goals setting and workflow planning
Establishing objectives after an assessment of the athlete, allows us to address specific areas that need improvement, whether it be strength, endurance, speed, technical skills...
The aspects that we must consider and the elements to which I attach special importance are the following:
Keeping track of the process
Available resources
Respecting the formative stages
Motivation
Controlling the constraints
Time possibilities
Evaluables
Keep your progress up
Accesible
Individualized
Adapted to your specific framework
Allow you to reach your peak potential
Respect the characteristics of your objectives
Demanding
Making you enjoy the process
Motivational
Herarchised
Short, middle and long term
According to importance
Target setting to guide the work!

03 Schedule of training sessions
Planning a training programme that is adapted to your initial assessment and objectives is very important. The planning should be done to get the most out of your individual goals and needs, while at the same time adapting and balancing the programme to generate the adaptations and improvements you want to achieve.

My methodology stands against general training " formulas". I apply the latest trends in fitness to design specific workouts. These are prepared according to the principle of progressive overload training that will allow you to get the best out of your workouts.
Another of the principles of workout planning is the load measurement, understanding the tools I am going to use to measure the training. This will allow us to achieve a good workout and avoid overtraining, while being able to carry out the training in an optimal way, achieving a positive change or overcompensation in the short, medium and long term.

04 Process checking and evolution tracking
-
Training is a process and like any process it has to be constantly analysed to confirm that it is getting results. Human beings are not static, their needs and tastes change over time, so it is essential to update and optimise training.
-
Monitoring the evolution with different physical assessment tests periodically will allow us to evaluate performance and progress over time. Comparing the results of repeated assessments with the initial one allows the training programme to be adjusted as necessary. In addition, progress is a tangible way to see that the training is having an effect, a highly motivating feature to keep up with training.
-
On the other hand, not only the qualitative parts are important in this process, that is why my methodology gives special importance to the feedback provided by the athlete. Communication between coach and athlete allows us to adjust even the smallest details.
-
One of the tools I use to monitor the condition of the athlete is the use of the Rate of Percieved Exertion (RPE), which allows us to know the intensity of the training. It also allows us to quantify and manage the training load by manipulating other variables such as volume.
